Helena J. Sturnick, Ph.D.Nationally and Internationally known for her effectiveness as an Executive Leader, writer and motivational speaker, Dr. Helena J. Sturnick is a “turn-around” leader who has positively changed organizational systems and “rescued” a variety of organizations. She is equally recognized as a Mentor and Executive Coach for individuals and leadership teams, as well as a Transition and Empowerment Coach for individuals. Well known for her inspirational style, she has dedicated her life to enhancing the leadership authenticity and effectiveness of CEO’s and other high level managers in the corporate and business worlds, and higher education. Additionally, her work is notable for the development of team and organizational cultures that enhance productivity and enrich the connectedness of the organization at all levels. One of her specialties is to conduct “culture scans” to assist the development of executive team strategies, as well as to strengthen communication links between leaders and their teams. She believes deeply that visionary, ethical and people-oriented managers make all the difference.
